Identity Autofill broke for me in Chrome on Mac

Recently, Identity Autofill has stopped working for me on most websites. To give you a couple of examples:

When I select an Identity and click Autofill in the browser extension, nothing happens.
I've tested it in an Incognito Window with 1Password being the only enabled extension.

This started, I would say, about 1-2 months ago or so. I'm not sure exactly when.

I'm in Chrome on Mac.
