IIS Authentication

Question

I access some websites that use IIS/NT Authentication so before you can even get to the website you must enter your username/password. However, 1Password doesnt offer to save this info to make login easier. Is there such an option that can be turned on?

Hello, @lcox400w. Thank you for reaching out.

To confirm, are you referring to HTTP basic authentication in the browser? If so, there isn't a way for 1Password to save the Login information in the browser. However, you can Autofill from the 1Password extension pop-over if you manually saved the item in your vault.

Open and unlock 1Password.
Create a new Login item.
Enter your username, password, and website URL, then click Save.
Navigate to the website.
Click the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and click the Autofill button.
