Welcome to 1Password! I’ve split your comment into a new thread since the old thread hasn’t had any activity for about three years and the information might be outdated. 

Kaspersky's website has a guide that walks you through exporting your data from their service: How to import and export data - Kaspersky

You’ll want to export your data to a CSV file so that 1Password can import it. Before you import your CSV file, check to make sure that it's formatted properly. You can find instructions on how to prepare your CSV file, and then import it into 1Password, here: Move your data into your account on 1Password.com
