Import from LastPass on Mac fails

When I try to import my LastPass passwords to 1Password on my Mac, I get the following error, not sure how to fix it

I have good internet connection, the credentials of LastPass I am entering are correct

1Password Version: 8.9.5
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: 12.6.3
Browser:_ Not Provided
