Include variable in identity?

Plus addresses are supported by every modern mail service and are an easy way to provide an unique address without any need for configuration.

For any Login item, adding an email entry should result in that address being autofilled on the associates website(s).

You mention "in identity" in the context of an email address, which I presume the one in your Profile, however that exists outside the context of wherever you might use it to autofill. While the browser extension could provide some UI element to change the email address when autofilling from your Profile, it would be intrusive in the general case and likely no easier that just typing "+Whatever" before the "@".

Thanks for the feedback! As AJCxZ0 mentioned, plus addressing is used by many email services to allow you to quickly create email aliases for specific purposes. In regards to your feature request, would you like 1Password to generate that plus address for you using information from the current webpage? 

So if you were on Reddit.com, would you like an option to have 1Password generate and fill an email address using this format [youremail]+reddit@[emailservice.com]? 

I'd like to make sure that I understand before I file a feature request on your behalf. 🙂
