Inconsistency in password strength creation & saving

Anyone can explain me how while creating the new login item, 1password shows the password as "Fantastic", but when i save it, it shows as "Very Good"? It's not the first time I notice this

If I create this same type of password in the desktop (16 chars, with symbols and numbers), it saves as "Fantastic"
