iOS settings crashing after reinstall (Safari extension crashing too)

First of all, I found that Safari would crash whenever I went to autofill with 1Password. I decided to reinstall the app on my iPhone 11, and now I can’t Autofill at all. Whenever I go to the iPhone settings > Passwords > Autofill, my settings app just freezes and then crashed. This does not occur without 1Password installed.

Not only that, but whenever I open the 1Password app, I get a sign-in error. Every. Single. Time.
I have tried completely logging out, deleting the app and reinstalling, but nothing has worked.

This is really annoying as I now cannot log in to anything on my iPhone. Could you please provide some assistance?
