Ipad & Mac not synching

As a first measure, make sure that all devices have been restarted, and that both 1Password and your devices' operating systems are up to date.

Ran diagnostic report by pressing “D” on restart of Mac.
No issues found to report.

That's good to hear. In this case, we'll need a diagnostics report from 1Password itself, which you can generate by following the instructions shown in the link above. It'll produce a .1pdiagnostics file, which you should email to us so that we can look into it. :)
