Is it possible to sort my vault by last used?

It sounds like you might be using 1Password.com to view your items, and you're right – there, your items are sorted alphabetically by Title.

In the 1Password apps, you can sort your items by other criteria:

It sounds like "Recently Used" would be what you're looking for. If you don't already have the 1Password app installed, you can find instructions by clicking "Get the Apps" in the drop-down menu at the top-right of 1Password.com:
