I'm sorry about the issue you're running into with 1Password in the browser. I reviewed the page structure on both websites; the field is being a recognized as a registration field and offering emails from an Identity item instead. I created an issue for our development team for further investigation.

In the meantime, you can click the Autofill button on the Login item from the 1Password extension pop-over. The email should be under the email field rather than username. Here's how you can add an additional field and a screenshot for reference:
