Issue with tags, Noted that Fun / FUN / FuN / fUN / fuN are treated as different tags ?

This requires a fix, as same word whether capital/small or title case should be treated as small words only..
If this is not implemented in design, I strongly believe this is wrong.

I tried to add Bank and bank to 2 different password items and it shows both items in 2 different places.
