Items not appearing in Safari with 8.10.80

Question

Just want to dog-pile on this issue, although the most recent activity is months ago. Incredibly frustrating. Lost confidence in 1Password. Been a 1Password paid Families Plan user for over 5 years. Convinced my company to get a corporate subscription. Now looking at ways to migrate 1,650 items to another password manager. It took me 20 minutes to sign in to THIS FORUM because 1Password would not cooperate. Coincidentally, this all seemed to start the same time that 1Password started focusing on high-profile Formula 1 partnerships. Safari 18.5

Works intermittently, even differently between two tabs in the same window. One tab will show all items, another tab zero. Tried deleteting and reinstalling application/extensions. Quitting and reinstalling Safari used to work. Now that only works sometimes.

Hello @KenPen! 👋Welcome to the community! I'm sorry that you're running into an issue where you don't see items in Safari in certain tabs. I've split your post into a new thread since I suspect that you're running into an issue that's different from the issue being discussed in the old thread. Just to clarify, are you not seeing the items in the 1Password popover like this: Or are you not seeing your items in a different location? Does the issue only occur on Safari's New Tab page or does it also occur when a website is opened? -Dave#38227

Been using 1Password Safari browser extension with the latest Safari update and the experience is MUCH better. I have not encountered the problem with the latest Safari update. Glad I hung in there.
