Every time I use 1password for iOS I get a notice that "some changes could not be synched with your other devices. When I click "Offline Items" there is one item in there. It cannot be viewed, edited, or deleted. Please help me fix this.

@mwslaughter

Do you wish to discard the item? If so, the following should help.

  • Make time to be certain that all of your data is available on https://my.1password.com and ensure you have a copy of your 🚒 Emergency Kit it contains a copy of your Secret Key. You'll also need to know your password.

    • Note the steps below will reset your settings. You'll need to setup things like Touch/Face ID again and others like autofill. That is because when removing an application on iOS it removes all associated files. My apologies for the need to set those settings again.
  1. Delete 1Password.

  2. Download and install 1Password.
    1Password: Password Manager on the App Store

  3. Log into your account when opening 1Password. If you use iCloud you'll likely only need your password.

  4. Set up any needed settings.

I will try that. Just deleting the item would be preferable, but will nuke the entire app if that's what I have to do.

The stuck item cannot be removed from the database.The most common reason is moving between vaults. The item you see is likely the original that existed before the move. That moved copy likely still exists in another vault. It's the original copy that failed to be removed that is hanging around. I'd suggest checking.
