Question

July 9th release (8.10.36) indicates ability to search for passkeys

Try as I may; I can not figure out where in the UI this functionality has been added?

Release notes at : https://releases.1password.com/windows/8.10/#changelog; 2nd bullet indicates "You can now search for passkeys".

Any help would be appreciated; I know this has been a frequent request

Hello, @rkdietz. Thank you for writing in.

In the 1Password desktop app, type passkey in the search field at the top and select Show all matching items to search for all passkeys.

I hope that helps. 🙂

@1P_Evon glad that I don't need to use the translator to use it

Thanks. I'm used to using the search box and selecting from a result. Searching "passkey" (I don't think you meant plural "passkeys"?) results in "no matching items". But yes if I hit enter then the results list does appear to populate with those entries. Thanks.

@fernandog,

I'm glad to hear that worked.

@rkdietz,

Yes, you're correct; I've edited my previous post. I apologize for the typo!

Let me know if there's anything else I can assist you both with. 🙂
