I'm sorry that the "Change Password on Website" button is sometimes not working. Just to make sure that I understand correctly, you're referring to the button that appears in the banner right above an item correct?

If that's right then is this happening for just one item? Or for multiple items? If it's happening for just one item then can you share the website address so that I can try to reproduce the issue on my end?
