Location of quick access on screen changes permanently after using remote desktop once

If a Windows machine (with 1Password installed) is accessed with MS Remote Desktop, the location on screen where quick access is supposed to open (center/middle) changes permanently to a weird random location. The only way to bring that back to the original location is reinstalling the app
