Logging into Goldman Sachs Ameriprise Line of Credit

I've recently established a LOC with Ameriprise and set up login to their site saving all information into 1Password as I do with sites I'll log into frequently. All worked fine the first time.  Then I logged out and tested the process by trying to log in again.  I got a 401 Error code from the Line of Credit site.  This happened numerous times.  I spoke with Customer support at Goldman Sachs and worked through many iterations including creating new passwords and cleaning my Chrome Browser history numerous times. But each time I logged out and tried to login again I got the same error code.

Ultimately,  I removed all login info from 1Password, set up a new password for the site and did not save it in 1Password which I had turned off.  Login, sign out and login again all worked.  Then I added the site back into 1Password and the same error code appeared.

It seems that some interaction between 1Password and this site is the issue.  Does anyone have insight as I would like to use 1Password as I do for other sites

It would help to link to the web site, especially since the many and various web sites for the financial services industry can be confusing and specific, such as the Ameriprise Preferred Line of Credit in the who-knows-what-this-is domain `gsselect.com`.

You can edit the message using the gear icon ⚙️ in the top right, select the text, e.g. "their site", click in the chain link icon 🔗 in the editor, paste the URL for the site, then save the post.

I do not understand your response.  In 1Password I have this site set up with the website address, username and PW.  I then use 1Password open/Fill and the error message appears.  Sorry, but I do not understand what you are suggesting
