Login fails with auto-fill on site ground.news

Hi, on site https://ground.news/ the login fails when I auto-fill via 1pass extension.

Thought it's issue with Brave browser (reported here), but when I manually paste credentials the login works.

Does the same problem occur if Autosubmit is turned off for that Login item? 

  1. Navigate to https://ground.news.
  2. Click the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar. 
  3. On the Ground News Login item, click the three dots ( ⋮ ) for more options. 
  4. Click Don't sign in automatically. 

After that, use the 1Password extension to Autofill. Let me know how that goes.
