Login not focused after unlock

There appears to have been a change in how auto focus works in the Microsoft Edge browser extension.

Steps to reproduce

1. Disable desktop integration in the browser extension
2. Open a login page on any website
3. Press the 1P keyboard shortcut (e.g. Ctrl + Shift + X)
4. Type master password
5. Press Enter to unlock
6. Notice that the first login is not focused, focus is on the search box
7. Press Escape to close 1P extension
8. Press the 1P keyboard shortcut again
9. Notice that the first login is focused, but confusingly there is also a caret in the search box

Can someone from the team explain what are bugs and features in this? I belive that before some recent change, the first login would always have focus after opening the extension, regardless if it was just unlocked or not.
