Login not populated for just one site

Hi,

On just one site, 1Password doesn't automatically populate the login.  I have to do it daily.  The PW is entered automatically, just not the login.  

I've recreated the account several times and don't believe I'm being an idiot.

I'm sorry that you're running into trouble when filling your login on a website. Is the website that you're having trouble with this one: https://accountview.lpl.com/web/login

If it is then this is a known issue that our development team is already aware of, hopefully it can be fixed in the future. For the time being, manually save your username in 1Password and then you can fill your login by clicking on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and then dragging and dropping the username from the 1Password pop-up to the username field in question.

Really - that is the solution? seems like a manual workaround to me. When will it be addressed formally and fixed?
