Login Screen Flashes and Disappears

Question

The login screen will not stay visible long enough to enter the password. This occurs on websites when attempting to use 1P to login, if starting Quick Access from either the menu bar or with short cut keys (cmd-shft-space). It flashes briefly then disappears. If I login by Opening 1Password, then Quick Access works normally. The problem only occurs when attempting to login to 1P after it has exceeded the 30 minute idle period in Settings. The delay before disappearing has varied from a brief flash to 1-2 seconds.

I'd recommend getting you into our support team and let them look at a diagnostics report. Please use the following steps to create a diagnostic report. This will hopefully allow the team to identify where the trouble started. Out of curiosity did this happen after an update of the app? Your message seemed to indicate that this might be reproducible?

Open 1Password.
Press Command and comma (Control and comma on Windows). The 1Password Preferences/Settings will open.
Select Advanced.
Select Send Diagnostics.
Select Reveal to locate the report in your Downloads folder.

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.
