Login to Microsoft

Question

When I login into login.microsoftonline.com I have multiple accounts, when you enter something you can search in 1password for the right account. The problem is that most of the time it does not work and you need to fold the suggestions in and out. After that you can search and it does find the right account. Then when the 2FA prompt pops up the autofill does not work and you need to search all over again, again with folding the suggestions field because it did not find anything with the first try. Made a ticket about this 2 months ago but I got the feeling nothing is getting done about it. So I'll post here again.

Hello @PieterJelle! 👋I'm sorry that 1Password is running into issues when suggesting and filling your login credentials for your Microsoft account. I've checked and the issues that have been filed with our development team are still in the backlog to be investigated further. While I don't have an ETA on when the issues will be fixed, the team is aware that they are in need of fixing. For the time being, clicking on the 1Password icon in your toolbar and using the Autofill button there is the best workaround.
