Lost all passwords upgrading from 3.8.22 to 7.9!

Question

I just upgraded from 1Password 3.8.22 to 7.9 and none of my passwords show up! Please help. 
I don't see anything in applications with a past file not even on my backup drive. Do you have phone support?
