Lost Secret Ket "Emergency Kit"

Hello, I am locked out of my app and can't find my password or secret key. The "Bot" was useless and while I have two tickets in with support it's been hours and no response. Is their a human to call with this company??

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with accessing your 1Password account. I know how important it is to be able to access your 1Password data, and the team and I will help as much as possible. 

At 1Password, we value your privacy and security. Because of that, your account password and Secret Key are tools to decrypt your information and are stored on your device. They are never transmitted to us and we cannot provide them to you: About your Secret Key

Do you have any devices that are still signed in at the moment? If you do, you can locate your sign in information there: Find your Secret Key or Setup Code

If you don't have any devices where you're signed into 1Password, and you don't have your Emergency Kit or a recovery code, then are you using a 1Password Families membership? If you are, then your family organizer can help you recover your account: Recover accounts for family or team members
