M1 mac safari extension no response

I just moved to a new M1 MacBook Pro. The 1Password app works fine. The browser extension is installed, and the button is on the menu line. When I go to a site with a PW request, the prompt to login to 1Password pops up (even when I have the app up and logged in). But there is no response when I try to unlock 1Password via the prompt. Also, there's no response when I click on the 1Password icon in the Safari menu.

Any ideas?

Hi @pshill sorry about the issue you're seeing. Let's try the following to see if it helps:

1. Quit 1Password completely:
* Open 1Password.
* Right-click the 1Password icon in the top menu bar and select Quit 1Password Completely.
2. Quit your browser:
* Open your browser.
* Click the name of your browser in the menu bar and choose Quit.
3. Open and unlock the 1Password app.
4. Open your browser and see if the issue is resolved.

Keep us updated on how things go!

Thanks. That didn’t seem to work at first, but the problem cleared after another reboot. All back to normal now.
