1Password now have become really substandard program. on my MAC it open up with Touch ID. The safari extension is another pain in the head . Doesn't integrate well with Mac App. I have been using Bitwarden for a long time , it never disappointed.

1Password , if you just keep increasing the cost without looking at the problem solving , then eventually you will loose all your customers.

Hello @arjuns23! 👋

I’m sorry that you’re running into issues with 1Password. I don’t see a crash message in the screenshot that you shared, instead that error message usually means that the sign-in details that you’ve entered into the app contain a typo or are otherwise incorrect.

Can you try this alternate method to add your account to the 1Password for Mac app:

  1. In your browser, sign in to your account on 1Password.com.
  2. Click your name in the top right and choose Set up another device.
  3. Click "Add your account directly" and allow your browser to open 1Password. You'll see your account details in the app.
  4. Enter your 1Password account password and click Sign In.

If that still doesn’t work then I'd like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your Mac: Send a diagnostics report (Mac)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

With your email please include:

You should receive an automated reply with a Support ID number.  Please post that number here.  Thanks very much!
