MFA for Sophos Home

I can not get MFA to work for Sophos Home. 1Passord fills in the username and password  and then the one-time code.  It then sits and spins until I abort.  Any suggestions?  Has anyone successfully used MFA for Sophos Home? I'm running on MacOS 15.3.1 and Safari 18.3.

Yes, it works for me on my personal devices. Same specs you you. Sounds like perhaps an ad-blocker getting in the mix. I only have my ad-blocker at the router level and nothing in Safari on the device itself.  Can you try with any blockers disabled?

Hey @Mike805 I had a though last evening. I was curious which URL you use to try and login. Is it `my.sophos.com` or something else?

I'm using mysophos.com..  All ways to login appear to lead you to that website.  It looks like it is working now. I now allow popups and I turned off ad blockers.
