Microsoft Edge Extension gone from Store - cannot install.

All,

Am I crazy or is the Edge Extension completely gone from Microsoft Edge Store?

Try to search - it is not found.

We are heavy M365 users so Chrome and others don't work as well for us, I want my users to stay inside of Edge.

Also - before deleting the extension to reinstall it was locking up with a faded grey screen when using "Save to 1Password" - not sure what is going on.

This is a big issue and wondering if anyone has insight into what is going on?

Hello everyone,

Thank you for your patience. Our team has submitted a new version of 1Password in the browser (8.10.75.1) to the Microsoft Edge Add-ons Store that resolves issues with passkeys and saving logins. This version is now available for download: 1Password – Password Manager - Edge Add-ons

Update to the latest version using this guide: How to keep 1Password up to date in your browser

Let me know if you still see issues with this version.

Nope, you're not crazy. I can't find it either. No matter what link, search or helpful hint, it's gone. Hope support finds this soon and fixes it.

You are not going crazy lol.

As a work-around, you can install the 1Password extension for Chrome in the Edge browser, as Edge runs on Chromium

Just seeing now at https://status.1password.com they have an incident listed under May 1, 2025 - "Unresolved incident: 1Password Edge Store Extension Temporarily Unavailable."

Seeing the same as well, the orphaned Edge add-on I still have is also broken in several ways now too — passkeys not working, form pop-ups not behaving correctly, etc.

Hi all,

Sorry for the mystery disappearance! We just discovered a bug in the version on the Edge Store, so we removed it temporarily. We have a new version being reviewed by Microsoft, so it will be available in the Edge Store again as soon as that review is complete. I'll update this thread when it's available again.
