Missing vault preferences in v8

I upgraded a family member to v8 yesterday. One important feature that seems to be missing in the app is vault preferences. I have them default to a shared vault so that I can administer and update their items. In v7 there were vault visibility and default vault settings. These are now missing. So they may end up accidentally using the Private vault.

Thankfully in the browser extensions the options are still there. So I did the needful there and upgraded the browser extensions then replicated the setting across all of them (can we have settings sync option?)
