Mobile (Android) browser (Kiwi) asks for approval to fill every time

Hello,

I have this annoying issue where it asks me for additional approval every time I go to autofill a login when signing into a website. I get a pop up that says:

Fill Anyway?

1Password can't verify the app or website should have access to your ___ login

Cancel      -or-        Allow Once

This happens on mobile (Android) and when using the Kiwi browser, but not when I try in Chrome. From other threads I found, it looks like Kiwi isn't a supported browser, but the autofill part itself works, it's just this approval popup. So, is there a 1Pass or Kiwi setting or something I can do to set it to always approve without prompting each time?

    What you've found in other threads sounds to be correct. 1Password for Android will autofill as expected in supported browsers. In unsupported browsers, 1Password may not offer any filling, or will treat the browser like a non-browser app. As Kiwi is not supported, it is treated as a non-browser app. To my knowledge there is a not a setting in the browser that would change that.

    I am not completely familiar with the community or development around Kiwi, but I have seen some recent threads and articles indicating that development for Kiwi has ended. It's tough to see a good browser go, and I feel for supporters like yourselves! If development has ended for Kiwi I would suspect it's unlikely that 1Password would add autofill support for the browser. I'll also add a quick note that we recommend using apps and devices that are being kept up to date. Thanks again!

    I have the exactly same problem here. I have just transfered from Bitwarden which worked well on this.

    I'm now a little regretting for paying a 3-year subscription at once...

      Ah, I wasn't aware about the status of Kiwi - that's terrible news. Guess I need to find an alternative. Well, thanks for your response and the heads up.
