Don't know if this is the right place to post this 

Just signed up for 1password after switching from lastpass.  I am all signed in on browser and deskapp, however, the mobile app wont log me in, it keeps saying details incorrect even though they were copied from the browser extension which is logged in.  The QR code won't work either.  I can't contact any support.

 

Can anyone help?

Hello, @soc1976. Thank you for writing in. I'm sorry about the problem you encountered.

Can you sign-in to your account at https://start.1password.com using the browser instead? If so, please try this alternate method to add your account to the 1Password app. 

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Log in to your 1Password account https://start.1password.com
  3. Tap on the settings icon ( ☰ ) in the top right corner of the website, tap your name, and tap Get the Apps.
  4. Scroll down and tap on Add your account directly.
  5. When the 1Password app opens, enter your account password where prompted.

Let me know how that goes.
