MS Apps on Android and Passkey Popup

I have Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. I also have 1Password enabled as the Preferred app for Passkey in the settings. I would like to disable Samsung Pass from the settings but seeing how this device is Samsung's, it wouldn't let me.

It would be ok, except whenever I try to log into MS Apps (e.g. Outlook), and I choose to authenticate using a Security Key, it pops up only showing Samsung Pass. There is no way to indicate that my Passkey is saved in 1Password. Any idea what's happening with this and how to show 1Password in these instances?
