MSIX Installer for 1Password for Windows - Update package asks users to re-login and transfer key

We have been deploying MSIX package for user, after the initial login when 1password pushes an update its breaks the login and asks users to login again and transfer key

Hello @Channappa! 👋

I'm sorry that your users are being asked to sign in unexpectedly after an update. Can you tell me a little more about how you're deploying 1Password for your users using the MSIX? Is the app's data folder in %LocalAppData%\1Password being preserved? Or is that folder being wiped between updates? You can find our deployment guide here: Deploy 1Password for Mac and Windows

Can you also tell me if your users use a virtualised environment or if you're deploying to Windows PC's directly?

Hi Dave,
We are deploying it to our windows machine's directly via Intune
deployment plan we had
Migrate from exe to MSIX package
we had deployment the updated msix package 1Password for Windows 8.11.10 which was released on sep 22nd. for this we had unistalled the exe and installed the msix package.
user were succesffuly migrated and signed in.
on Sep 30th when a new update was released, it broke the sign in and user were asked to signin fresh like a new setup where they have to transfer the key.
