Multiple entries for the same website, one option offered, and selected option is not remembered.

FYI, I am using the 1password beta on macOS 26 with autofill enabled and the extension disabled.  

I am going to a website that has multiple entries in the vault I am using (one for me and one for my spouse). The autofill menu appears and the option I am presented with provides my spouse’s login, and the option or to select other usernames.  I use the other username options to get to my login then I am immediately faced with the same issue again when I need to enter the password.  I assume I’d need to do this a third time if the website used 2FA time based codes.

I recall that the extension provided a list of logins for the website and when I selected a login to use it kept that information so I did not need to keep tapping multiple times.  Is the issue that Apple isn’t allowing 1Password to show multiple logins or is this something that has not yet been implemented in 1password autofill?
