Multiple Windows Created

The keyboard shortcut to open an item in a new window on its own is Ctrl + O, so is it possible that you might have pressed that a few times by mistake?

But you can ask dev team to fix it , if there is already one window then no need to create separate window like settings window in 1Password .

Hi @aksh, thanks for your response! Could you walk me through the steps you take to reproduce this? I've done some testing on my end, and pressing Ctrl + O immediately puts focus onto the new smaller window, so using the shortcut multiple times in a row isn't bringing up multiple windows, unless I manually switch focus back to the main app window in between.
