My 1PW stopped working!
I have been using and relying on 1PW for almost two years, no problem. All of a sudden it stopped working on my MacBook Pro. The extension is gone from Safari and I can't get it back. I have sent multiple requests to support for help and have received various support people requesting additional information. I have tried everything they've suggested and sent in multiple screen shots. I could really use some help as I am unable to use the tool and have to copy and paste every password in order to access things daily! If there's someone out there that can help I'd be so grateful. It's case number #IPL-79145-132. The last response I got was from someone wanting to start the process of discovery all over. It would be super if you could look at what was already sent.
