My account is frozen, I already made the payment but it’s still frozen, what can I do?
Hi, I’m having an issue with my 1Password account. Yesterday, I noticed that my account was frozen before I made the payment. After seeing that it was frozen, I proceeded to make the payment through Google Play, as that was the platform I initially used for the subscription.
It’s been more than 14 hours since I made the payment, but my account is still showing as frozen. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or knows what might be going on? I would really appreciate any help or advice.
