My Touch ID has also stopped working as of 8.10.39

Have you tried:

• In the app, Settings > Security > Untick Touch ID
• Quit 1Password (including from menu bar)
• Launch 1Password, retick Touch ID setting
• Quit and Launch again

Doing the above will end up deleting and recreating the Keychain item 'com.1password.core-biometric-unlock' (for non-sso accounts). You can see this item using the Keychain Access app.

They've likely intruduced a bug when fixing the vulnerabilities found by Robinhood's red team. Here's the blog post outlining them https://blog.1password.com/august-2024-security-update/, and here's https://info.defcon.org/event/?id=54870 (recording will be posted at some point).

The setting "Unlock/TouchID" was mysteriously unchecked to start and you can't toggle it. So this isn't possible.
