Need help getting a ticket resolved - trial expiring in 4 days

Hi @1P_Dave and team, following up on the thread you closed last week. When closing it you mentioned a colleague had replied to me via email. I responded to that email the same morning and followed up again this morning but have not heard back since.

To summarize the issue: I signed up using a promotional link on the 1Password homepage but selected "add payment details later" during signup, which I believe caused me to exit the promotional checkout flow. The discount is no longer showing when I go to upgrade to the Family plan.

My trial expires in 4 days. I've been trying to resolve this since Monday the 13th and just need someone to help get this over the finish line so I can subscribe. Happy to provide my ticket number if needed.
