I'm sorry that 1Password isn't filling your login on the website in question. I've reproduced the issue on my end and I've filed a bug report with our development team so that they can investigate this further and get it fixed if possible.
For the time being, you can use the following workaround:
- Open and unlock the 1Password app.
- Edit your Login item for the website in question.
- Click +add more and choose Text.
- Name the new Text field the following: identification
- Add your NetID to this new field.
- Save the item.
Then, when you're on the website's login page, click on the 1Password icon in your toolbar and select the appropriate Login. Then click Autofill.
