I'm sorry that 1Password isn't filling your login on the website in question. I've reproduced the issue on my end and I've filed a bug report with our development team so that they can investigate this further and get it fixed if possible. 

For the time being, you can use the following workaround: 

  1. Open and unlock the 1Password app.
  2. Edit your Login item for the website in question.
  3. Click +add more and choose Text.
  4. Name the new Text field the following: identification
  5. Add your NetID to this new field.
  6. Save the item.


Then, when you're on the website's login page, click on the 1Password icon in your toolbar and select the appropriate Login. Then click Autofill
