Hi there @DanArmstrong720

If you're still signed in on any of your devices, you can turn off two-factor authentication from there:

Turn on two-factor authentication for your 1Password account # If you lose access to your authenticator app or security key

On your computer, click the 🔽 down arrow at the top of the sidebar (not the three-dot menu), then Manage Accounts. Click your account, then the (•••) three-dot menu at the top right and click "Turn off two-factor authentication...".

On your phone or tablet, Manage Accounts can be found by tapping the account or collection chooser at the top of the Home tab.

Give that a try and let me know how you get on.
