new item not available in external app search

I’m sorry that you’re not seeing your new item when filling your credentials using AutoFill. As a next step can you try the following to refresh AutoFill on your iPhone: 
 

1. Force close both 1Password and the app in question (this is different than just swiping away from the app): https://support.apple.com/en-ca/109359
2. Re-open and unlock 1Password. 
3. Try to search for the login again. 

If that still doesn’t work then make sure that you’re viewing your entire account by tapping on the account selection option in the top right corner of the AutoFill screen and then selecting your entire account. 

Let me know if neither of those suggestions work.

Like I said before, in my first post, I already closed the both apps.

after a while worked, I don’t know why, you should improve this
