Hello @xkww3n1! 👋

I'm sorry that you're seeing 1Password show an unexpected prompt after saving an item. To help me better understand the situation I'd like to ask you to take a screenshot of what you're seeing and attach it to your reply:

I look forward to hearing from you. 🙂

Hi @1P_Dave,
I can't reproduce this bug now, it seems that if I restart 1Password app, this unexpected behavior will disappear for a short time. Here are the steps to reproduce:

  1. Open 1Password app
  2. Press Plus button
  3. Select a category
  4. A window (view) pops up, I call it "New Item view", this is expected
  5. Enter some info
  6. Press Done button
  7. The New Item view disappears for a short time, then pops up again with "Item saved in ..." prompt. This is unexpected.

I hope you can understand my explanation.

@xkww3n1

Thank you for posting those steps. When I create a new item I see a notification banner appear at the bottom of the screen that says "Item created in [vault name]" with a blue view button. Is this the prompt that you're referring to? This notification, which is normal, should appear immediately after creating a new item and then disappear after a few seconds.

If this isn't the prompt that's appearing then let me know if the issue comes back and if you can take a screenshot so that I can investigate further. 🙂

@1P_Dave
With the prompt you said displayed, the window used for filling item information will show up again, which is the actual unexpected behavior I've mentioned.
