New javascript performance issue on input focus

Hi,

Again we have users with Windows 10/Chrome/1Password reporting a very slow browser
experience when focusing a text input. Up to 3s to obtain focus into the input, which is locking the browser's main thread.

We previously reported this issue here:

It was fixed for a period, but has now resurfaced.

The source of the issue is now apparently this call:

Notice 3234ms

This delay happens only on the first focus event for the control.
