New passwords don't work on websites but old, weak ones still do.

Question

For many sites I have created 1passwords, using the red box saying password is weak and go to website to change. When logging into those sites the I in a blue circle is there and when I click on it, it adds the info from 1password, but then says that doesn't match their records. However the old weak password, which I thought I had replaced, still works.

Did you change the password on the site and allow 1Password in the browser to update the login? It sounds like you may have changed the password in 1Password first. You'll need to change the password on the site itself and allow 1Password to assist you.
