New passwords saved in 1Password extension does not show up in app

I just created a new password for Wikipedia, which uses auth.wikimedia.org. It shows up fine in the 1Password extension and can be used from there.

Normally I expect to see the new password also recorded in the 1Password app. However, it is not there.

Further, it cannot be edited in the extension either. In the extension, it only has a password, but no username.

Odd behavior.

I'm sorry that you didn't see the item appear in the 1Password app after saving it in the browser. Usually you can resolve this by manually locking and then unlocking the 1Password desktop app. 

If you see the same issue again in the future, I'd like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your device

Send a diagnostics report

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

With your email please include:

I was editing another login in the 1P app. After saving that edit, the new entry for Wikimedia finally did show up. This was probably 5-10 minutes after first creating the new login using the extension (in Brave).
