Newly created pass card works but does not appear in vault & cannot be edited

I just created a passcard for connect.fender.com. The login credentials work find when logging in to the site, but the passcard is nowhere to be found in the vault and cannot be edited. When attempting to edit the passcard, nothing happens.

Yes, I'm using the latest everything, blah, blah... Windows 11, latest patches, latest 1Password versions.

Hello @axman53! 👋

I'm sorry that you're not seeing an item in 1Password. When you navigate to the website in question and then click on the 1Password icon in the browser's toolbar, do you see the login item suggested in the pop-up?

If you do then what happens when you click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the item's detail in the pop-up and then click Edit?

Can you also tell me if you see the item when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?

Did you guys just roll out an update today? Because I looked again just now and it's working as expected! Bizarre! In answer to your questions: 1) yes 2) clicking on Edit did absolutely nothing 3) didn't try

There was an update to 1Password for Windows a few days ago, perhaps you just received the update and that got things working.

I'm happy that things are working now. If the issue does come back then let me know and I can help further. 🙂
