No "Add More" option when editing from browser / can't create Security Question answer?

I'm trying to add answers to security questions to a 1Password login item.
And I'm trying to do it by editing the item thru the browser interface.
The instructions all say to click Add More | Security Questions.

Problem is, I'm not seeing an Add More option anywhere when I edit my item thru a browser.
I've clicked all the ellipses, and they all give me the standard list of field types (no Add More, no Security Question.)

Am I looking in the wrong place?
