No option to use TouchID to unlock 1Password browser extension

Hello -
I cannot seem to get the option to use TouchID to open the 1Password Browser extension under Brave Browser and Edge. This is on Windows10 and a "family" 1Password account. I had a similar problem on my Mac that was resolved by updating the OS but this did not work on this Windows machine.

Suggestions? Thanks

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble using Windows Hello to unlock 1Password. Just to confirm, have you enabled Windows Hello to unlock your Windows user account, and then followed the steps here: Use Windows Hello to unlock 1Password on your Windows PC

It appears to have spontaneously have gotten better. Thanks for your prompt reply. I'll repost here in the unlikely event it recurs.
