No response to my support ticket

I'm new here, so I may be missing some important steps.  However, it should be reasonably easy to get support.

  • Ticket number 603507 - no response for 8 days
  • I jumped onto chat, but it is just another bot, and no, Paddy can't do anything with existing ticket, can't poke them, can't escalate them, can't even pass me off to a person to chat about this ticket.
  • The only think Paddy can do is open another ticket...  not what I need right now.
  • There is no support phone number that I was able to find.
  • When I try and log into 1Password and go to the support page, it wants me to log in, so I log into 1Password, click on the support page and it wants me to log in again.  I can't seem to find any online method of visiting my tickets.
  • It would seem the rabbit hole is very dark and quite deep.
  • This support system is really unfriendly, but as I said at the outset, I may be missing some important steps.

Is this "community" forum independent or is it controlled by 1Password???

Hey @murray-c! Sorry about the run-around on this one. We've actually been replying to your ticket, but it's looking like our responses might not be making it to your inbox.

Could you check your spam or junk folder? One of my colleagues sent another reply a few minutes ago, so that one should be in there too. If you spot our emails, let's keep the conversation going in that thread since the team already has your context and can move quicker from there.

If nothing's landing in spam either, let me know and I'll dig in from my side.

There is no spam, no junk and no response.  

Actually, the first response arrived about 17 minutes ago.

How strange! We've definitely got a couple replies from you with our team already from what I can see here on our end, so that's definitely a bit confusing.
